This piece I was obviously trying to set a mood... you know, those perfect summer days when you were a kid and had nothing to do so you just got on your bike in search of adventure.
It's also nostalgic in another sense, as this is/was a real place, that I loved to drive through. This little town made me feel like I was traveling into a simpler past, and now it's being turned into a giant development of houses and strip malls.
I won't be going back there, so I created this art to remember the place by.
And there's a dinosaur, so yeah. Perfect summer morning...
