Freelance assignment. We are finally adding a female crew member to our merry crew of well-meaning misfits. She will appear in a new series of safety posters, and has made her debut in the first of several safety cartoon panels (also attached). I was given a general description, and asked for (shown here) several poses to be used for presentation use. The style of drawing needed to coincide with the current crew who have been featured world wide in comic books, posters, and more (and with permission, shared by the International Maritime Organisation)
